Water and sewer rate increases will be going into effect for the next billing cycle and you will see a change from measuring usage in cubic feet to measuring in gallons. We thought this might be easier to see what the cost is compared to other items that are measured that way like gas and milk. For more on the increased rates you can go here. The increase was necessary to balance revenues with increased expenditures and for future capital improvements to water and sewer mains and facilities. If you have any questions please call city hall.
