Street improvements continue in Pointe Basse and International subdivision in November. While rain delayed work last week, crews will continue to work in both subdivisions this week. In Pointe Basse subdivision, excavation will continue on the north lanes of Pointe Basse & Brentwood with finishing touches including sealant and seed & straw to follow. In International subdivision, excavation is to continue on Scott Street with Audubon Street excavation to follow once Scott Street is complete. Please continue to drive carefully around these ongoing improvements and construction crews.

Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour this weekend as Daylight Saving Time ends! It’s also a great time to check and replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
