Ste. Genevieve belongs to the Parkland REDI team that includes surrounding counties to promote industrial, residential, and commercial properties for development. Ste. Genevieve is looking to develop 49 acres of residential ground into a single family dwelling development to help ease the housing shortage that exists in the city and county. This is a cooperative effort between the city, county, and the Industrial Development Corporation.
