Prop S - Phase II work continues this fall. The water line on LaHaye is now fully installed with milling and paving to begin at the end of September. Crews are now working on the water line on Oakwood - the water line and new concrete street are tentatively scheduled to be complete by the first week of October. Asphalt crews will begin working on the remaining streets left in the project the last week of September; that work will continue into late October and early November.
