At the May 14th, 2026 Board of Aldermen meeting, the City of Ste. Genevieve and the Ste. Genevieve Police Department proudly recognized and thanked Justin Delivers Hope for its continued dedication to improving the safety and well-being of our community through its efforts to help eliminate illegal drugs and support local law enforcement initiatives.
Through a generous donation of $35,000, Justin Delivers Hope made possible the purchase of our department’s second drug detection K-9, Keno, as well as the purchase and installation of a specialized K-9 transport kennel within the city police vehicle, and the training for Keno and his handler, Officer Layne Harris. This contribution significantly enhances our ability to combat illegal narcotics activity while ensuring the safety and proper transport of our K9 officer.
