The City of Ste. Genevieve Police Department will be hosting a Car Seat Safety Check event on Saturday, May 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Ste. Genevieve Police Department, 165 S 4th Street. Certified staff will be available to inspect child safety seats, ensure they are properly installed, and answer questions to help keep children safe while traveling.
Appointments are required and typically take about 30 minutes. Parents and guardians are encouraged to bring their child and vehicle to ensure the seat is fitted correctly. To schedule an appointment, please contact Corporal Bradford at 573-883-5707. Leave a message if there is no answer.
