Bid packets are available for the Phase II of Prop S improvements for asphalt and concrete & waterline work. City officials are working with Cochran Engineering who will be performing the construction engineering. The Invitation to Bid is on our RFP/RFQ/Bid page. Sealed bids will be accepted at Ste. Genevieve City Hall until 10:00am CT on Thursday, March 12th, 2026.
