The City of Ste. Genevieve and Levee District 3 extend their deepest gratitude to Vern Bauman for his 40 years of dedicated leadership as President of Levee District 3. Vern will remain a member of Levee District 3 but decided to step away from his role as President. His leadership has strengthened the district and safeguarded the city through countless challenges, and we appreciate all he has done and continues to do. Congratulations to Tom Okenfuss on his election as the new Levee District 3 President and we look forward to his leadership in continuing this critical mission.
