The board of alderpersons had first reading for two ordinances Thursday night (6/12) to develop the property between Basler Dr./Parkwood Dr. and Progress Parkway. McBride Homes submitted a proposal last December to develop a 157 lot development on 49 acres owned by the City. Board members discussed the final agreement reached with McBride, approved the first reading and will have a second reading and final passage at the 6/26/25 board meeting at 6:00p.
