The Board of Aldermen adopted the 2021 International Code Council building codes with amendments at the February 27 meeting. This will bring our codes and permitting fees up to date for all new building construction and remodeling. New fees will go into effect once the online permitting vendor CloudPermit gets the rate schedule loaded; the tentative effective date is April 1st.
