The last section of N. 4th St. from Washington to LeCompte is now complete making 4th St./Highway 32/White Sands complete with new paving from end to end. Jokerst Paving completed the last section on November xx with new stormwater piping & inlets, elevated sidewalks, new driveways, and a better slope to get rainwater to flow to the inlets. This project cost $155,152 with a change order to include a new stormwater inlet on the west side and piping to the existing collector box.
